Today evening she has vomited first time and all food came out. After that whenever we give any food she is vomiting. She had cough and cold. But from last 2 days she was looking better.

The child may be suffering  from gastritis following treatment for cold/cough. Give only bland diet for a few days. Anti-vomiting drug may help.
