Hi, so ive been dealing with something that ive told very few people because im embarrassed. Ever since i can remember, ive been imagining voices in my head. They wont stop. Theres characters involved, in my head im always talking to them, i also go to different worlds in my mind. Suicidal thoughts involved. What should i do?
