I am a diabetic patient since 32 yrs. When it was in control Dr. Suggested Amryl MV 2 twice a day along with lantus insulin 12 unit per day. When started taking the Maryland MB 2, I got some problem of low voice as well as cough. Now cough is better, but the voice is not clear. Pl advice me.

It is very unlikely that Amryl MV 2 would've caused hoarseness of your voice. If your voice doesn't improve in the next few days, I would advise you to go to the nearest ER and get evaluated for the underlying cause for the hoarseness of voice.
