Voice echoing in ear

Yesterday, my voice was echoing in my ear. But it has stopped today. Is it something to be worried about? I had been diagnosed with Eustachian tube Catarrh and retracted eardrum. Are there any home remedies or should I go see a doctor?

ET catarrh can cause autophony I.e. echoing of your own voice. When you were diagnosed with ET Catarhh, were you prescribed any medications? If so please share the same on this platform or consult privately, so that there is no repetition of medicines. On your part you can do a guarded Valsalva manoeuvre. ( videos available on YouTube). Please make sure you do a guarded manoeuvre and not a forceful one. Make sure to swallow at the end each time. This can be done 10-15 times a day.
