You seem to be suffering from unilateral vocal cord palsy. Cause for the vocal cord palsy needs to be identified. It may be sometimes related to problems in your lungs or chest. You may need to undergo chest x ray or CT of the chest. Usually opposite vocal cord will compensate slowly and voice will improve
