I can't speak since one of my vocal cords has been damaged for nerve problem, I can't swallow foods and water. My homeopathic doctor has prescribed Causticum 10 M is it justified?

We will have to endoscopy for vocal cords and find the underlying cause of nerve damage then only treatment for cause can be done
