I GOT WHITE SPOTS ON MY HAND FROM LAST 6 MONTHS, NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER TAKING AFTER TAKING TREATMENT

Are they milky white ? Was there any injury or skin issues before they appeared ? Not all are white patches. Any skin injury could lead to loss of skin color leading to whitish appearance. Consult a dermatologist for evaluation and you may be prescribed creams and Narrow band UVB phototherapy to regain the skin color.
