Melanin transplant is it painful?I want to knw about surgical procedure is it safe for vitiligo

Not painful.Little amount of Skin is taken out from body and is cultured in laboratory to increase number of melanin and that is  transferred to vitiligo patch.Many non-surgical methods are for vitiligo.
