Not much use..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Vitamin E is good for improving the health of your skin and hair, but it will not take care of your hairfall. You require dietary modifications, solutions for application and possibly hair regrowth treatments like PRP. The treatment depends on how severe the hair loss is. Kindly forward photos of your scalp (showing middle parting) via direct online consultation or you can visit me at my clinic at Bangalore (check my profile for the details)
