I have had 2 early losses last year. Blood work is all normal .Trying again doc has given me folic acid , Ovabless, vitamin e 600 and duphaston. Is vitamin e 600mg safe and do I need ecosprin before conception or only after positive test??

Vitamin e is safe Tablet ecosprin 75 mg can be taken before conception after taking advice from your doctor

U can start with folic acid and ovabless.once u are pregnant,we can start the other medication after consultation with gynaec
