Hi I have diagnosed vitamin d level as 4 in the blood test..Iam having palpation, fatigue and weight gain. My doc suggested 6 weeks 60000iu vitamin tablets..When can I get sufficient levels

Hello. I can understand your concern. Just 6 weeks won't do any good. Take injection. Uprise D3 6L once a week for 3 weeks followed by tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Tab. Supracal Pro once a day after food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
