Vitamin D and B12 tablets

Hi... I have been advised to use vitamin D(uprise d3 weekly) and vitamin B12 tablets daily... Now that I have completed the course of 8 tablets of vitamin D and 60 tablets of B12.. Wanted to check if I will have to restart them again.
