Can i take both vitamin D and B12 supplements together? Count in my body for both vitamins is as follows: Vitamin D: 7.3 ng/ml Vitamin B12: 89 pg/ml Please suggest some supplements as well.

S u can take both the supplements together ..as prescriptions are not allowed in this forum would advise you to consult a physician online who can prescribe you the needed medications
