Vit C is used more for rejuvenation and wile Retinol based creams and gels r used for anti agening and skin and mild exfoliation. If pigmentation is the reason then there r better and more appropriate creams which can suit the skin depending on the skin type. Avoid online and OTC products. Consult a dermatologist for the same
