Can we take vitamin a supplement while taking Dasatinib for cml
I am having current cml is .013%
Having dry eyes which cause problem while working on system
You do not have to take Vitamin A for dry eyes. Can visit an Ophthal and do check up .Use drops like carboxymethyl cellulose drops to keep moist.
Vitamin A was historically attempted as treatment in CML. There is no relevance now.
Vitamin A is not water soluble and hence not recommended to use unmonitored without prescription.
