I have 6/6 vision in my right eye which is affected by divergent squint even after a successful surgery in childhood. How can this vision be possible even if I have squint? Doctor said I have 6/6 vision because I opted for surgery in childhood which preserved my vision till the reoccurrence of squint. My squint reoccurred at the age of 15 years. Please clear my doubt as I read somewhere that squint affects the vision in the eye, but I can see 6/6.
