Vision problems in both eyes

I am seeing millions of black dots in my vision in both eyes it is like looking at cells under a microscope(not floaters) this has been going on over a month also it seems like a light is flickering in the distance...i have seen 3 opthamologists who cant find anything wrong,so scared this is a brain tumour
