Daughter has short sight problem in both eyes for last 5yrs.. she's using glasses. Now from last Feb she frequently had itchy eyes, burning, puffy and sometimes reddish... I couldn't take her for check-up due to covid. Had been to regular optics shops for checking power. Today he said her vision is not clear n needs doc consultation.

You are right in in pandemic situation we can't go out but as per your description most probably it is allergy To start with don't let her rub her eyes if she feel itchy try out with cold compresses i.e take ice cube in a  clean handkerchief and put on the eyes.Secondly you can try out with Eyedrop Betoact 2 times for 7-10 days If still the problem persists let  me know I'm there to help you out at any time

Most probably she is having ocular allergy. You will have to consult an ophthalmologist. A video consultation can be fair enough to establish a diagnosis.

It could be an allergy. Please seek a video consult with an ophthalmologist at the earliest
Next Steps
Always please visit an ophthalmologist for spectacle power evaluation rather than an optician.

Children many times get allergy ..could be seasonal or internal allergy . She will need treatment for that as well as proper eye check up by Eyedoc .
Next Steps
go to a clinic which is taking all precautions for covid. The risk is same as going to an Optical shop.
