I had done comprehensive eye examination before 3 months. Dr. says it is Dry eyes and nothing else. There is no vision problem in normal vision gaze but when I see obliquely left  side extremely and turn my head right side then without changing gaze or focus point then only I have vision problem. At that time while turning head I see dark blurry circle like scotoma near my nose side in day time and white ring circle in night time.

You can get a visual field analysis if u have not got one. You can use your lubricants for your dry eye

Hello If you have undergone a comprehensive eye test and doctor didn't find any problem then it's fine. If you see circles/images on this gaze, it's normal because it's not normal gaze. So don't worry just put lubricant drops for dryness.
Health Tips
just be aware of any floaters or flashes of they occur then you might need retina evaluation.
