Vision problem

For the last 2 months or so, I am having a vision problem where I struggle to see things far off me. Recently, I am noticing some floaters in my eyes, also when I put my glasses on( I have glasses from '17) two transparent blue, very small spots appear on my field of vision, they go away the moment I remove my glasses! The spots are very faint and they appear in a well lit environment, the moment glasses are off, they go away. Google search came up with certain scary conditions like glucoma or something in which people go blind in short time! What to do now, kindly advise. P.S: My glasses are not clean and how much I rub them, the glass is not getting cleaned(pics attached).
