As I have travelled from Bangalore to Leh , after Reaching Leh by Night my Vision got complete Blurred. I can see the objects clearly at a distance on 15cm What is the cause and how to treat this

Hi Complete blurring of vision may be due to some oedema due to altitudinal changes if you have any preexisting condition of eye which you are unaware of.Need to consult eye specialist as soon as possible to evaluate completely
