Can anyone interpret this I Trace report? Uncles vision is normal but he says he has blurry vision.Above the investigation doctor suggested

The reports shows Abberations and that is more of Corneal Abberations. So even if the visual acuity is normal still the quality of vision can be subnormal. Can go for customized wavefront Abberations correcting refractive procedure if he fits into all the other pre procedure criterias.
