Hi doctor , I am able to see visible pulsation above 4 inch belly button in my stomach and I did ultrasound for that. Everything is normal in ultrasound. My weight is 66 kg , height is 6 feet age 26 years. Never consumed alcohol and smoked cigarette in my life.

Normally, At rest the abdominal aorta pulsations can be transmitted as visible pulsations over the abdominal wall. You can consult  a general surgeon with your USG report. They might advise a CT scan if required.
