Ive got chron nausea/anxiety in general but think i have virus as in last week ive been feeling like being sick,headaches and hot flutters. But i feel like im swallowing like mucus everytime i swallow and like theres a constant lump in my throat and chest making me feel sicker and i cant eat anything at all without nearly being sick or feeling it and i have horrific reflux along with it and cant lie down without making it worse so im losing sleep

Hello..Well I understand...It seems like sort from nausea you also have some post nasal drip...I would suggest you to meet a physician in person...And get examined and take the treatment accordingly to that...You definitely need evaluation .. Thank you
