Suddenly I notice rashes on my son knee and elbow on day before yesterday evening .Yesterday his knee and elbow having light swelling and having light fever . Today is also same situation and doctor is saying that due to viral fever all these symptoms has come up. I am worried now ..what doctor is saying is correct ?
