I suffered from viral fever some days ago. after that, I have some black shades on my nose and Face. Fever was for 3 days. And, I have pain in my joints also. Please suggest me what should i do?

It might be viral rash or drug related. A picture and proper history will help. Just apply calamine lotion, moisturiser and sunscreen. Take oral vitamins till then.
