I am having viral fever. I am taking dolo 650 for fever. Whats antibiotics should i take. I know its viral for sure

SIPS OF TOMATO SOUP. SIPS OF VEGETABLES SOUP. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. REST. O.K BYE.
