Good morning doctor. Does playing video games cause more stress to the eyes than watching television?

excess of every thing  is bad. playing  video games  for recreation  is good  but  playing  continues or becoming  habitual  is definitely  harmful. so be careful  for your  eyes. it's not worthwhile to suggest  any treatment  because  precaution is better than. .........

Yes. Video games if played on small screen definitely increases strain on your eye. We try to blink less during the games which in turn increase dryness in eyes. This gives fatigue and headache.
