Hi Doc My baby, 3 months old, is having throat/chest congestion but no runny or blocked nose. She has blocked nose but not for the whole day.  Tried nasal saline drops as well but not working as for now. Can i use Vicks BabyRub? If yes, then how to use it properly and efficiently

Don’t apply Vicks for small baby.
Next Steps
Use saline nasal drops and clean nose every 4 hrly or when noisy breathing.
