Hi As soon as lay down my head starts vibrating.. But if I sit or walk no vibrations..what could be the reason..I was having BP and diabetes in pregnancy but now both are normal without tablet..

Vibrating head is of multiple reasons.. only on lying down means we have to rule out ear problems also.. Get and ear checkup in nearby hospital
