Vibration sensation in Penis Shaft.

Hi Doc, From past few days, I am having vibration sensation in the Penis Shaft. Earlier I was ignoring it believing that may be the mobile in my jeans was causing vibration. Later on identified it is not due to mobile. Now it is more frequent and it it lasts for 2-3 seconds and feels like sensation of something like liquid is getting filled in the shaft. It is not causing any pain but frustrating. Kindly advice the cause of this. Is there any infection or any other internal issue.
