Hello, I am 23 years old guy.. I have a weird problem with my left testicle.. The feeling is like left testicle vibrates.. Also sometimes right testicle too.. This happened in morning after masturbation previous night.. Also my left testicle feels less harder compared to right one.. Penis shakes sometimes too.. And sometimes both testicles feels normal.. This is happening from last 4 days.. Thanks in advance to doctors..!
