Vibration in testicles

For the last few days I have been feeling a buzzing or vibrating feel in my testicles(right testicle mostly). there is no pain or swelling but only that uncomfortable vibrating feel.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a general surgeon so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as doppler, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
