Vestibular migraine can cause all of the symptoms u described but the dizziness should be rotatory ie spinning sensation lasting at least 5 min. And at least one episode of vertigo should be associated with headache one sided pulsating. It will respond to flunarizine in a matter of 5-7 days and u need to keep taking it regularly if the symptoms are frequent and severe. Also avoid triggers like chocolate, cheese, alcohol, and foods with the preservative MSG etc
