I'm very critical to myself and also I always think worst of everything this is causing obstruction in my daily life I'm an competitive exam aspirant and focus and stable mind is everything to me But idk why my brain keep fabricating irrational thoughts about my goals,health..etc What should I do ? I used to take counselling sessions from psychological counsellor for my phobia of needles,I used to take clomipramine and Kali phos which I stopped eventually(as my councillor said)

Hello. Needle phobia usually by itself doesn't warrent clomipramine. If there were other problems a detailed evaluation is advised. Further it needs to be checked if stopping medicine resulted in your current complaints.  Your issues seems multifold. Kindly consult a Psychiatrist proper to address them.
