My forehead feels very tight with uncomfortable feeling...there are fine lines on forehead which suddenly get less when I put up a moisturizer and vice versa...even there is hyperpigmentation on forehead...skin looks oily from outside but underneath it feels tight..even sometimes moving forehead feels uncomfortable
