Very short height
Hlo doctor , I am female of 4"10 height and age 16 years 6 months. I have not grown more than 1 inch in last 5 years. My x-ray shows my growth plates are fused.I have consulted many endocrinologists but is helpless. Plz help me gain 5-6 inches fastly and safely. Very less time is left for me. Once a female achieves puberty then the epiphysis plate of the bones get closed n they dun grow further. Your height would increase a few inches more but not more then that. You can try swimming and stretching as it would help you increase your height a few inches more
