Hi, You have got severe anemia which is causing you breathless and feet swelling. Blood transfusion is needed in your case. You should get it evaluated to know about the cause of anemia. Few investigations like serum iron, ferritin, b12, folic acid, complete blood count with peripheral smear, retic count, dct,ict, stool for occult blood.. You should consult a physician to get yourself examined. Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy    may help in reaching to a diagnosis.
