I am having my periods after 2-3 months from the last 1 year. During those days I have severe pain in my back and stomach.

Hello..., irregular periods could be due to so many causes like Hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome , medication etc.., painful Menstruation is called dysmenorrhea ,which presents with spasmodic pain in the lower abdomen during or near menses ,which gradually subsides over time if it's primary..
