My kid is very very hot when he is sleeping generally he is little sweaty at his neck but since 3 days he is very very hot when we check temp its 98.5. Is this something to worry about?

It is not fever. However since 3 days you are feeling that the child is hot to touch, recheck in another thermometer, look for other symptoms .
