My wife currently 30weeks pregnant her triglycerides has suddenly increased to 572 mg/dl and total cholesterol as 226 mg/dl 2months back it was below 230mg/dl ldl and hdl normal vldl 113mg/dl does she has to start any medication? her bp is normal with controlled diabetes
