On my left leg, near the shins, I have an extremely dry patch of skin that gets very itchy at times. There are white spots beginning to show in that patch. What is the problem?

You could be deficient. Get blood test done : Hb, CBC, S. Ferritin. Vit B12.Vit D3. T3T4TSH levels. Dont wax or apply hot water. Apply Sofinox cream for 5 days. Dr. Jolly Shah DNB Dermatology Skin Nurture Clinics Mumbai.
