Very bad headache

I have had it for 2 weeks now and it goes away for a little while but when it comes back it is even worse. My head feels like it is going to just explode lights and loud noise makes it worse and moving my head just a little bit makes it even worse. I do not smoke and I tend to get sick after i eat a meal
