I was taking medicine qutone q10 for 3 months but when I leave this medicine I am feeling vertigo. When I am leaving any vitamin medicine I am feeling vertigo. I am feeling very uncomfortable. This problem I am facing is from last 1.5 years. Please suggest any medication.

Generally vertigo doesn't occur after stopping multivitamin medicine. Kindly consult for better evaluation
