I have constant dizziness which increases while laying down. Constant swaying feeling g and sometimes spinning. Bppv was diagnosed in may 24 with left side vertigo but now there is constant dizziness

Hi...if BPPV was diagnosed...there is a possibility that you may need to get the corrective Epleys Manouvre done again. Kindly visit your ENT specialist at the earliest.
