My father suffered from strokes in 2016 and he is paralysed right side but last 1 year he is suffering from vertigo.i have consulted many doctors but they did not give any reason.so why vertigo is persisting

To know the causes of vertigo we have to do some clinical investigation, laboratory blood test and CT scan,MRI or XRay. As u are having  cerebral stroke ,we may consider that is the cause. Give him  physiotherapy and relax exercise regularly,there r many reasons behind vertigo .do not worry more out vertigo . Make him get good sleep and good nutrition .he will became alright
