I had vertigo episode 14 days back since that I am too much anxious about new episode today I try to a hard exercise and feeling awful doing vestibular rehab exercise tell me how long it can feel me better i am on vertin 8 tds only.

Hi there. Dr Arpit here. I would need few more details. However, most of the episodes at your age are caused by a condition called BPPV. It is self-limiting usually. If you  just had 1 episode that was about 2 weeks back, and no recurrence you can simply stop everything.
