1..vertical breach means buttocks, legs of baby at internal is...I.e. opening of uterus with like of baby is longitudinal 2. Liquor in uterus is on lower side of normal 3..placenta is partially covering internal os 4...follow up after 4 days and further management after knowing final gestational age of fetus, condition of fetus....further management will be planned...in this case it will be caesarean section because placenta is grade three.
