There is no restriction for walking when varicose veins are diagnosed , what you have to avoid is prolonged standing at one place .Try to keep two pillows under your legs when sleeping , and use compression stockings till groin level everyday in day time from morning to night , this will delay the progression of disease , though not curative option.
