Sir plz suggest a good treatment to solve my problem. This problem started in 2017 February. I consulted 4 doctors. But their reply is negative comments. Kindly pls help me.

since you have grade 4 varicocele MICROSURGICAL varicocelectomy  may help in improving semen parameters.But before finalying that we need to repeat semen analysis again from 2 different lab with 1 month gap I prefer to do analysis myself before microsurgery to compare after surgery.
